Returns

We want you to love your Piu purchase. However, if for any reason your order isn’t quite right for you, write to us at return@piulifestyle.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your items must be unworn, unused & undamaged, including no fragrance, and in their original condition.

We are unable to return any sale or bespoke items, including items that have personalised initials added to them.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs & liabilities are at the expense of the sender. We therefore suggest you return your item via registered post.

We reserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.

Shipping

We ship our products all over the world using express delivery companies.

Shipping costs depend on the location. Once you indicate the location at check out, shipping cost will be calculated.

When a product is offered through pre-order, it has not been produced yet. All pre-order collections are available for a set time only.

Once the sales window closes, we start production. The estimated delivery date is included in the product information and in your confirmation email. We do everything we can to get your order dispatched to you as soon as possible - but, since we are working on a made-to-order basis, this can take several weeks.

Once the package is collected and shipped by courier service, the expected delivery time can range from 3-10 days, depending on the destination. We are not responsible for any delays incurred during shipping.
